The regeneration zone is a shallow area that houses the aquatic plants and organisms which work to continually purify the water.

The deeper portion is the swim zone, which allows plenty of space to enjoy the pool without disturbing the purification process.

We have more experience with natural swimming pools than anyone else in Ontario. Since 2013, we’ve owned and operated a fully functional showcase/experimental pond at our headquarters just outside the Village of Ayr.

Much like with a traditional swimming pool, the level of maintenance required in a natural swimming pond will depend on your personal tolerance for leaves, debris, and sediment. The difference is that having some of this material in a pond looks natural, whereas it can make a traditional pool look neglected and unkempt.
